The fabrication of the Al2219 + Si3N4 composites was done by means stir casting process. specimen subjected to microstructural studies. density employed in has been evaluated. Generally, increases as weight percent increases. TGA and DTA were performed at temperatures ranging from 30°C 800°C, with some mass loss noted well thermal stability an AA2219 matrix improved. Under various parameters applied load, operating duration, speed, wear behaviour produced aluminium composite (AMC) examined. Corrosion examined using potentiodynamic polarization curve data, it discovered that rate corrosion decreases increasing content, adding matrix. research work is intended produce a totally new material compositions reinforcement investigate their mechanical properties result simulation.
